• All packages shipped by Capital Vape Canada may use age-verification services provided by courier partners.
• Orders must comply with the age of majority for tobacco, nicotine, and related products in the customer's jurisdiction.

Order Processing

• After an order is placed, you will receive an order-confirmation email.
• Shipping orders placed before 3 PM are prepared to ship the same day. Shipping orders placed after 3 PM move to the next shipping day.
• Order processing remains subject to peak periods, stock checks, verification, and carrier schedules.
• Once the order has been prepared for shipment or scheduled for delivery, you will receive an update with tracking or delivery details where available.

Express Local Delivery

Capital Vape Canada may offer express local delivery for eligible Edmonton-area addresses. When available, this option appears during checkout and is limited to select serviceable zones, route timing, and order eligibility.

• Parcels must be received personally, or by someone in the same household who is of legal age and can provide valid government-issued photo ID.
• Deliveries cannot be released to a doorman, neighbour, or any person at a different address.
• If you need a delivery-address change, contact support as soon as possible and we will try to help if the order has not already left for delivery.
• Local delivery runs 11 AM-midnight, with a 10 PM same-day cutoff. Delivery windows and courier communication depend on the postal code, the delivery run, and the time the order was placed.

Order Tracking

Orders marked as shipped, dispatched, or out for delivery have been processed and scheduled for the selected fulfillment route.

Canada Post

• Orders shipped with Canada Post are assigned tracking numbers that become active once the parcel is sorted by the carrier.
• Tracking lets you monitor the order from fulfillment to the delivery destination.
• If you do not receive tracking after the order has been processed for shipping, contact support with your order number.

Express Carrier

• Orders cannot be shipped internationally, to freight-forwarding services, or to third-party pickup points unless the carrier method supports it.
• P.O. box orders must use a carrier method that supports P.O. box delivery and may require pickup at a Canada Post location.

Free Shipping - $120

• Capital Vape Canada offers everyday free shipping on eligible Canadian merchandise orders of $120 and over, after discounts and before taxes.
• Complimentary shipping covers up to $25 in shipping cost. If the selected shipping method costs more, the customer is responsible for the difference where required.
• Qualified orders may ship by Canada Post or another approved carrier chosen during checkout.

Discreet Shipping

• All packages are shipped in plain packaging to protect your privacy.
• Shipping labels include only the carrier and sender information required to move the parcel safely and legally.

Cancellations and Order Adjustments

• Orders generally cannot be cancelled once the status shows that the parcel has shipped, been dispatched, or been assigned for delivery.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery information, selected products, and checkout details are accurate.
• If you need to change the items in an order, contact support. In many cases the original order must be cancelled and a new order placed, as long as the parcel has not already shipped, dispatched, or been assigned for delivery.

Exemptions to Delivery Guarantees

• Carriers cannot guarantee delivery times when delays are caused by events outside their control.
• This includes, but is not limited to, statutory holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, wildfires, floods, and similar disruptions.

Delivery and Order Pickup

• A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to receive age-restricted orders from a courier or at pickup.
• Some carriers may also require a signature as proof of delivery.
• If a parcel is redirected to a post office or pickup point, you may need the pickup notice and government-issued photo ID to claim it.
• Because of age-verification rules, packages may not be left unattended at the door or in a mailbox when the carrier requires in-person delivery.

Returned Shipments and Failed Delivery

• Orders returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed pickup, refusal, missing recipient, or failed age verification are not treated as store error.
• Once a returned package is received and inspected, support may review reshipment, refund, store credit, or cancellation depending on product condition and policy eligibility.

• If an order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, first check with anyone at the address who may have accepted it on your behalf.
• Review the tracking details to confirm whether the parcel was made available for pickup instead of direct delivery.
• If the parcel still cannot be located, contact support within 5 days of the marked delivery date so a claim can be reviewed in time.

Damaged Packages

• If a package arrives damaged, contact support within 5 days of delivery.
• You may be asked to provide photos showing the condition of the parcel and its contents.
• Carrier or support representatives may need additional details before the claim can move forward.

Courier Investigation

• Carrier investigations can take up to 14 business days to complete.
• Refunds or replacement shipments may need to wait until the carrier finishes the investigation.

Taxes
