Orders and Acceptance

• An order confirmation means your order was received. It does not guarantee final acceptance, fulfillment, stock availability, or delivery eligibility.
• Orders are reviewed for stock, payment, address, service area, age verification, fraud prevention, and compliance before fulfillment.
• We may refuse, cancel, adjust, or refund an order if there is a product issue, compliance issue, payment problem, pricing error, address issue, or suspected misuse.

Pricing and Errors

• Prices, discounts, taxes, product availability, shipping offers, and delivery availability may change before an order is completed.

• If a price, promotion, product detail, image, stock level, tax, or shipping charge is shown incorrectly, we may correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order.

Payments and Chargebacks

• Payments are processed through approved payment providers. Capital Vape Canada does not store full card numbers on the website.
• Payment authorization, wallet approval, or card approval may still be reviewed before the order is fulfilled.
• Refunds are handled under the applicable policy and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment provider.
• If you believe there is a payment issue, contact support before opening a chargeback so we can review the order and payment record.

Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

• Pickup, same-day local delivery, express delivery, and Canada shipping options may vary by item, postal code, destination, service area, carrier, and time of order.
• Delivery and shipping estimates are provided for planning only and may change because of demand, traffic, weather, carrier issues, address issues, verification, or other factors outside normal store control.
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct address, unit number, buzzer, phone number, email, and delivery instructions before payment.
• Returned deliveries, wrong addresses, unclaimed pickups, refused packages, missing recipients, and failed age-verification deliveries are handled under the Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.

Returns and Warranty

• Returns, exchanges, defective items, damaged items, online returns, returned deliveries, restocking fees, and warranty support are governed by the Returns Policy.
• Return or exchange requests must be made within the policy window and require approval before items are sent back or brought in for review.
• For sanitation, safety, compliance, and age-restricted product reasons, not every product is eligible for return once opened, used, altered, or removed from sealed packaging.

Product Information

Promotions and Rewards
